One capsule has more pure powdered Moringa leaf than one can of Zija. Zija is a proprietary formula which means the exact recipe for the drink,its contents, are a secret. It's pretty obvious though upon visual inspection that there isn't much pure powdered leaf, the most potent part of moringa, in the drink. People who buy moringa in the capsule form find it to be much more affordable, easier to travel with, and more effective than Zija.

The good thing about the capsule is that you can easily self-dose because you will feel the difference on the first or second day. The recommended dosage is between 1-4 capsules per day. Many people who ingest more than two Zija cans per day often experience diarrhea. Most people who buy moringa capsules take one before breakfast and one before lunch, on an empty stomach. Those who are more sensitive take only one per day. Those who are larger in size or less sensitive will take more.
